I am fresh out of university with an idea that could disrupt the fitness industry. I have been offered 250K for 60% of my business should I take it?

The business is essentially a concept at this moment in time. I need both money and experience to get this business to where it needs to be. The investor is 70 years old with plenty of experience in the industry but he wants 60% of my business. I could walk away and try find another investor but this is quit a rare occurrence I imagine. I do not have the business knowledge nor money to take this company where it needs to be - What should I do?
