Is my NDA agreement valid?

I signed a composer mutual non disclosure and non circumvention agreement and ask couple of times for the LA label to send me their signed copy back but the boss told me it is valid even if they don't sign. Can I trust them?

No, you cannot trust them and the document is not a valid agreement until they sign it as well. That is the reason why there is space for both parties to sign.

You also need to have a signed copy of the NDA in your possession to make sure it was fully executed on their end and for your records.

Don't work on anything until you have a copy of the signed agreement for both parties protection.
