Software Royalties for a white labelled product

I have just developed a software product, and another company in another country showed interest in white labelling the software and reselling. The software uses activation codes, which the company will pay for as i will be the one giving out the codes, it can only work on a pc at a time. does paying royalties apply here, what should i charge for royalties?

20-50 percent of whatever the white labeler charges.

An argument can be made for 50 to 70% but there's no need to be greedy. Apple charges 30% for distributing through it's app store and this is a similar case.
