If I am a joint owner in an LLC, can I transfer funds to my personal account. The LLC was under my husband's name when filed for the state number.

If you are on the account, most likely, yes. An accountant can specifically advise. Usually it's no problem and when you do your books/taxes it is simply tallied towards your W2 wages that your LLC pays yourself (or K1 distributions). Either way it is income. All the same as whether it was a check or simply transferred. No difference.
