Hacks for a free / low cost startup office space?

Working from home or a coffee shop are both tough for me due to distractions (and lack of motivation if I work from home).

Where are some hacks / places I could use to work without many distractions.

Networking isn't a priority for me in finding such a place.

Free: If you just work on your computer without making phone calls, go to a library! My favorite place to work is from my college's library (they allow alumni to continue using it after you've graduated). There are usually separate sections where talking is permitted (so you can make phone calls).

Low cost: If you're willing to spend a small amount of money, another option is co-working spaces. You can find one on these sites:
