Hiring freelancers (national and international) as a Delaware LLC

As a startup apart from members of the LLC, we just want to utilize the services of freelancers rather than having any employees. Could you please let me know what are things that I need to be aware of and cautious before engaging with freelancers (national and international)? Thank you.

Hey John,

Check sites like www.upwork.com and fiverr.com. Check for individuals with a good track record and make sure to ask them questions around the job description.

The above platforms are great since you can do everything on there. You can check progress, give tasks and make payments etc.

Hope this information has been helpful

I am a freelancer myself but also have an opportunity for partnership in a new venture which might be launching soon. But UpWork and fiverr are platforms that have most of it down as part of the solution for you to be able to track hours put in and progress of your hires so you would be in great hands.

Hope this helps. Best of Luck to you for success.
