Which tasks should you begin to delegate as a founder when your startup starts growing?

When your startup begins to grow, what things should you start to delegate? And what things should I continue to do / monitor myself?

We make mobile apps and some of them are starting to get a decent amount of usage. My day to day is very hectic as I'm handing pretty much everything myself.

Here's my criteria to find things to delegate (in this specific order):

  • Things for which you can find someone more skilled than you.
  • Things that very manual ("grunt work") and can easily be structured as a process to outsource.
  • Things that you find mind-numbingly boring (exception: business metrics). Reason behind this one: running a startup should be fun because you're going to be doing it for years. You should be looking forward to work each day, not dreading it.
