Get a better spam filter

Because we don't get that many real questions at the moment, when we get spam, it's painfully obvious. Let's get a better spam filter to help address this.
- Maybe you need 5 or 10 rep to post a link?
- Maybe users should be limited to a couple of questions a day while they're low rep?
- Maybe new users' questions should require being approved the first time, before it actually posts to the main site?
- Implementing moderator features like has been talked about before would give more people the ability to clean up spam so it doesn't sit around for long. (To be fair, you guys have cleaned it up pretty quickly once it has been reported.)
Not that this site should do everything Stack Overflow does, but I'm pretty sure they had a whole slew of "new user limitations" designed to prevent spam. That kind of approach does make sense when you see the amount of spam we've been seeing here.

We definitely need this. There are daily spam posts. I tried banning the IPs as a temporary solution but that didn't work as they now started using proxies.

The most recent 22 pages are now flooded with spam, posted over many hours. This needs to be fixed. Or maybe I just need to acknowledge that this site is dead. Requiring 5 or 10 points to share a link seems simple enough, as does preventing new users (possibly all users) from posting more than X questions per day. Let's make it happen!

Hm. Guess I got a downvote for this idea at some point. On the bright side, I don't see any spam on the front page right now. That's promising. But I don't think the downvote was deserved.
