Social sharing of questions / answers

Especially in BrightJourney's growth phase, we need to make it as easy as possible to get other people involved.

Unanswered questions should have a clear call-to-action along the lines of "Could someone you know answer this? Share this question:" buttons for sharing via twitter, Google+, and email (a mailto: link with no email address, but a "Can you answer: [question title]" subject parameter and a "Hey, I thought you might be able to answer http://www.brightjourney.com/roadmap - have a minute?" body-text parameter, both URL-encoded).

People who've answered should see a call-to-action after answering along the lines of "Thanks for answering! Proud of your answer? Please share it:" with similar social sharing buttons.

I don't want to clutter the interface or slow the site with social sharing cruft, but there are some specific moments when showing a prompt and buttons to make it easy could boost BrightJourney's exposure a lot.
