How to Export Fruits/Vegetables as a Middle Man

0
1. How can I protect my buyer from the seller so he won't steal my client. 2. What do I need to do (Documents so my buyer will pay before he gets the product so I could pay the Seller. 3. Should I get a price from the seller and adjust it so I could profit or should ask from my seller to be official agent and get fees? (what kind of documentation I need in both cases. My seller send certificates and documents with company information and contact details together with shipment this will allow my buyer to get direct contact with my seller and cut me off business and I want to protect myself from that. What kind of documents do I need to protect my business + what documents do I need to sign my buyer when I ask him to transfer money to my bank account. Consider me having 0 knowledge In this business so more information could help me. http://imgur.com/wZOdenF

What value do you offer to the client or seller to warrant your place as a middle man? If you offer a service or value that the original seller does not then you don't have as much to worry about. However, if your business solely hinges on redistribution of a commodity that the client could eventually find on their own you might need to reevaluate your business model.
