Where can I find good document templates for various purposes related to online business

I am looking for good sample documents/document templates, for the following requirements-

(1) Employment Contracts (for employees who will work from home using their own PCs, with software provided by employer(OS will be employee's choice- the employer's custom software is available for Windows/mac/linux/solaris...).

(2) On Boarding documents

(3) Financial terms of employment. (including fixed/variable salary, bonuses etc)

Docstoc has a number of template documents available that you can buy or get a description for. They aren't free, but they are written by professionals as opposed to a side project.
