I am non resident alien and want to get I - T - I - N . I am launching e commerce website and want to register this website as L - L - C business in USA . As per my little research , I got point that for L - L - C or E - I - N , I have to submit my tax returns to I - R - S . Since I am non resident alien , so I have to get I - T - I - N for submitting tax returns . There is a form ( 1040NR ) for tax returns . Can some one guide me or a link , how to deal / submit tax returns for first year and subsequent years of my e commerce website .
