Am I allowed to use another company's name in my logo

I am selling a certification exam for a certain product that a company sells. I have no affiliate relationship with the company or the product. I am disclosing this information readily on the website. My logo features the name of the company in question. I am not using the company's logo, only the company name and there is no branding similarity. Please advise if in your opinion this is okay.
