I have been running a success site for the last 6 years by myself. Most of my revenue comes from AdSense and CPA offers. While I've had years in those past 6 where I could have easily hired one or two people, I kept deciding to do all the work myself (from content creation, to marketing, to accounting).
I bet other entrepreneurs have faced the same hurdle -- how to get out of the "control freak" mentality that I can do it better than anyone else. How did you get over that and hire the first employee in your business?
